PE (polyethylene) material better mimics natural needles with realistic texture, but costs more. PE trees are recommended for living rooms, while PVC models are an excellent choice for spaces with less natural light.

Branch density – the key to visual appeal

Quality trees have at least 800-1000 branches for a height of 180 cm, allowing ornaments to sit naturally and making the tree look fuller. Models with over 1200 branches, such as 240 cm tall trees, provide a luxurious appearance and better support heavier decorations. Sparse branches reveal cheap construction and require more ornaments to hide gaps.

Choosing the right height for your space
